Signed pottery bowl with lid by French artist Marius Giuge (1909-1980), Vallauris, France. MCM (Mid-Century Modern) design. Appears to be lava glaze technique, featuring a unique pink, white, and brown color combination.In wonderful condition. A barely noticeable nick on the bowl's lip is hidden under the lid (see close-up photo). Height with lid approx. 3 inches, width approx. 4.5 inches at widest point.
